Attorney Frank S. Moore was admitted to practice in California in 1992 after receiving his law degree from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Moore established his law firm after working for Prentice & Scott, and the Law Offices of William L. Osterhoudt. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Sonoma County Bar Association, and the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to practice in California Federal District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
